One of the questions most commonly asked is why do I need a maintenance program on my poured in place surfacing? The quick answer is that a good maintenance program is guaranteed to extend the life of your surfacing, thereby protecting your investment. Your surface looks new and clean, and stays protected against the sun’s destructive UV rays. Moreover, tears and cracks in the surface could result in falls and injuries. To help keep your kids safe and your surface in excellent condition, we offer maintenance options to fit everyone’s needs.

One of our most popular maintenance options is the TotTurf® Repair Kit. This is for smaller jobs when it is not always necessary to have a TotTurf® crew come out to your site. Having a repair kit on hand allows you to keep your surface clean and flawless. Top Coating





Click to see an example 		A rolled application of urethane will strengthen your surface and leave it looking bright and clean. The application is recommended for use every 12 to 24 months. At just $1.50 per square foot, this cost effective-option protects your investment and keeps you from having to pay for costly repairs.

Design Patch and Seal


Click to see an example 		Choose from a variety of shapes to patch holes and tears in your surface. A top coat of urethane will complete the job. Costs are dependent upon the number of patches required. Please call to receive an estimate for your specific job requirements.

Re-Top


Click to see an example 		Re-Topping is the removal of damaged spots in a top layer of rubber or the addition of a rubber cushion placed on top of an existing surface. The installation of a new rubber top and primer are included. At just $5 - $6 a square foot- or approximately half the price – this can often be a better alternative for you. We can even repair most of our competitors’ installations!

Demolish and Repair


Click to see an example 		Usually a requirement when an inferior surface has been installed or when the surface has not had proper maintenance care. The current playground surface is removed and replaced with a brand new TotTurf® surface.
